Your first stage covers the foundations: who we are, what we do, who we represent, and what’s expected of you. You’ll get a clear picture of the role, the culture, and the opportunity in front of you.
You’ll spend focused time learning the telecommunications products and services you’ll represent in the field. By the end of this stage, you’ll be able to speak confidently about features, pricing, and benefits.
This stage puts your communication and sales training into action. Through role-playing, coaching sessions, and direct feedback from experienced team members, you’ll develop the practical skills needed to perform in real customer interactions.
Before you’re fully independent in the field, you’ll shadow experienced representatives and then complete supervised deployments with direct coaching support. This stage bridges the gap between training and full performance.
